How do I get paid after I sell a bottle?

After the buyer receives the bottle he will need to accept the bottle in the market dashboard.

When the order is accepted the seller will receive the payment for the bottle.

The buyer will be send a reminder to accept the bottle so the seller receives his payout in a timely manner.

There are 2 options to receive the money:

- The buyer manually accepts the bottle and releases the money

- The money is released after 7 days (We start counting the days when the bottle is received based on the track and trace link). This is a manual proces, you can contact us by opening a ticket on our support desk to request the release of the funds. https://www.whiskybase.com/support/login
