I've paid for an order but the status isn't updated to paid

In some cases a payment is made, but is delayed by the payment provider.


For example when it's paid with Paypal E-check it will take 6-10 days before the payment is processed.

Another reason for a delay can be caused by additional security checks the payment provider is running. This is usually the case when payment is made by Creditcard. 


When a payment is delayed the order status will be waiting for payment, but there will be a message visible that tells the payment is pending.


If this is the case the payment period on the order page can be increased if needed, which can be done by the seller or by an admin. 

The seller has to wait with shipping the bottle until the payment is processed. The order status will automatically be updated into paid when the payment is processed. Then the bottle can be shipped.
