I received a negative shop review, can this be changed?

We generally do not change or remove shop reviews, as they represent the authentic opinion of a visitor or customer.


However, we understand that sometimes a review may be unfair or violate our community standards. Our team will investigate and may remove a review in specific, exceptional cases, such as if it contains:

  • False competition/spam.

  • Offensive, hateful, or inappropriate language.

  • Content unrelated to the shop experience.
