This article explains how Whiskybase Plus subscriptions, billing, and cancellations work.

1. Subscription and billing

Whiskybase Plus subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis.

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period. After each payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the option to manage your subscription.


2. Changing your subscription plan

You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time.


Go to:
Settings → Membership → Manage


From there, you can update your subscription plan.


3. Changing your payment method

You can update or change your payment method at any time.


Go to:
Settings → Membership → Manage


Here, you can add a new payment method or update your existing one.


4. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your membership settings.


Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.


No refunds are issued after cancellation.


5. Upgrading or changing membership type

  • To switch from Plus to Supporter, contact:
    support@whiskybase.com
  • To switch from Supporter to Plus, you can do this after your Supporter period ends.


Supporter memberships are non-recurring and billed annually.
