Why was my shop listing removed?

It is possible to receive a notification if a Whiskybase member notices that one of your bottles has an error, such as being:

  • Unavailable: The bottle is out of stock.

  • Mismatched: The product is linked to the wrong bottle in the Whiskybase database.

  • Incorrect Price: The listed price is inaccurate or outdated.


Our moderators actively work to review and address these error reports to maintain the accuracy of the shop listings for all users.


Important Note: Any shop listing that redirects to an external marketplace (such as Amazon, eBay, etc.) will be immediately removed following our terms and conditions. Listings must link directly to the product on your own retail shop website.
