The Whiskybase Marketplace provides a safe and trusted environment for members to buy and sell whisky.

Bottles are shipped directly from seller to buyer, while payments are handled securely through Whiskybase.

Your payment is first held safely by Whiskybase. Once you confirm that your order arrived and matches the description, the payment is released to the seller.

This process is known as an escrow system, and it protects both buyers and sellers during the transaction.

Note: All communication and payments must take place within the Marketplace. If a transaction happens outside the platform, the Whiskybase Team cannot assist with refunds, lost shipments, or disputes.

The built-in rating and review system helps buyers and sellers trade confidently and build trust within the community.
