Search

A general search of Whiskybase will provide results for whiskies, distilleries, members and brands. The most relevant results will appear at top.

When searching for a specific bottle using brand + age or brand + vintage will provide results matching this combination.

For example: Ardbeg 10 or Macallan 12. Search more specifically using unique details, for instance bottle codes, barcodes or the Whiskybase id.

Too many results, enhanced filter options are available. Searching Whiskybase will offer you the best results for whiskies, distilleries, members and brands. We will show you the most relevant result at the top.

You will get the best results by using brand + age or brand + vintage.

For example: Ardbeg 10, Macallan 12, Caperdonich 1972.
Include the ABV to narrow down the results more quickly: Ardbeg 10 46.0% for instance.

By extending you search terms you are able to find a bottle faster.
