After an order is completed on the Marketplace, you are invited to leave a review for the seller or buyer you made your deal with. Once a review is submitted, it cannot be changed by yourself.
Reviews are meant to reflect your honest experience and help others make informed decisions. In most cases, they should remain as they are.
If you believe a review is truly unfair or was given by mistake, you can reach out to our team and ask the administrators to review your request. A change will only be made if:
The request comes from the person who originally gave the review and there is a clear mistake (for example, the wrong score was selected).
The review is clearly unfair, such as a one-star rating for delivery speed when the seller shipped the bottle the same day the payment was made.
