How to provide your Sponsored Listings (only for Sponsored and Featured Retailers)

There are a few ways to submit your Sponsored Listings to Whiskybase:

1. For a Few Listings (Manual Submission)

If you only have a few bottles to list, the best approach is to use the Add Shoplink feature. Simply open the corresponding bottle page on Whiskybase and select the + Add a listing button as seen in the image below.

2. For Many Listings (Automated Submission)

When you need to list many bottles, we can automate this process for you if you provide us with the required data. This data can be submitted via:

• Excel file (you can download the template below)

• Data feed/API

• Google Merchant Center

Data Requirements

For Excel submissions, a template is available for download to make data entry easier and ensure all fields are included.

Mandatory Fields:

• Title

• Price (including VAT)

• Brand

• ABV (alcohol by volume)

• Barcode

• Size of the bottle

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Whiskybase ID

Optional Fields:

• Age

• Vintage year
• Bottled year
• Internal ID
• Description
• Image link
• Availability
• Price (excluding VAT)
• Ship to country(s)
• Ship to state(s)
