To keep the Whiskybase Marketplace up to date and to improve the overall experience for both buyers and sellers, listings need to be extended regularly. When your listings reach around 3 months or older, you will receive a reminder to review them.
The reminder email includes your listing details and a clear option to extend your listings.
From this email, you can choose to:
- Extend individual listings
- Or extend all listings at once using the option at the bottom
When you extend a listing, it will remain active for one additional month. After that, you will receive a new reminder to extend your listings again.
Note: Based on our data, listings that remain unsold for longer periods are often priced above current market value. We recommend reviewing your prices using the Price Helper regularly to improve your chances of selling faster.
If you do not take action, your listings will be archived. Archived listings are no longer visible in The Marketplace.
Archived listings are not deleted. They remain in your account, and you can activate them again at any time from your archived listings.
Keeping your listings active ensures they remain visible to buyers and continue to perform in the marketplace.
